SellCube provides logistics services, including:

• Full Truckload (FTL) Transportation: Dedicated or shared truck transport across India.

• Warehousing: Secure storage and inventory management.

• Value-Added Services: Packaging, kitting, cross-docking, and reverse logistics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to businesses and individuals who meet our eligibility criteria and comply with applicable Indian laws. You must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate shipment and inventory details.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including customs and tax regulations.

• Pay all fees as agreed in service contracts or quotations.

• Not use our services for illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods.

4. Daily Tracking

We provide daily updates on shipments and inventory via phone, email, or WhatsApp. While we strive for accuracy, delays in communication may occur due to external factors (e.g., network issues).

5. Payment Terms

• Fees are outlined in service agreements or quotations.

• Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe, typically 30 days from invoice issuance.

• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month, as permitted by Indian law.

6. Limitation of Liability

SellCube is not liable for:

• Delays or damages due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or government actions).

• Loss or damage to goods beyond the insured value or due to improper packaging by the client.

• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided or as specified in the service agreement.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services if you:

• Fail to make payments on time.

• Breach these Terms or applicable laws.

• Provide false or misleading information. You may terminate services by providing 30 days’ written notice, subject to settling outstanding dues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, and images, is owned by SellCube or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
